For many, Y Bont provides a lifeline

Y Bont is a unique child and family centre located in the grounds of Heronsbridge School, Bridgend. We are an independent Charity established in 1997. Y Bont provides a range of services that support disabled children and their families.

We are able to accommodate children from six weeks of age. Children with complex needs, emerging Autism, Down syndrome, Visual impairment and Hearing impairment, as well as those with unique medical conditions, challenging behaviours and life-limiting conditions.
