We can accommodate children from six weeks of age, children with complex medical needs, Life limiting conditions. disabilities or Emerging needs. Core services for our children and families are available five days a week, 50 weeks of the year.
The Y Bont team are experienced, highly qualified and supported by medical professionals, and caring specialists. Our child-centered services are regularly inspected by regulatory specialists such as Estyn, CIW and Environmental Health.
Our children can play and learn in a happy, safe, and stimulating environment. Our goal is to enable disabled children to achieve their full potential – our core value is empowerment. Being a charity, we achieve all of this through fundraising, donations from supporters, grants, trusts and corporate sponsorship.
