February 2025 – Charity Fashion Show

Oldcastle Primary School, Nicola Venetia Steele and The Mayor of Bridgend have all come together to put on a fashion show to raise critical funds for Y Bont.

In  February 2025, Y Bont staff, children and families where absolutely blown away by the generosity of local support at the fashion show which David Emanuel attended as guest of Nicola Venetia Stelle from Venetia Steel Boutique to showcase real people wearing real clothes that they could buy on the night. Not only was it the most amazing night, the event raised a massive £2730 for Y Bont.

Following on from the event, Y Bont and Oldcastle school have formed a relationship whereby we will be welcoming pupils in to Y Bont from Oldcastle Primary School to support the children, see what we do and help us with some fundraising ideas moving forwards. The power of a community when it comes together!
