MARCH 2025 – WARM HUB FOR PARENTS / CARERS OF CHILDREN WITH COMPLEX NEEDS

This month we are delighted that our Warm hub is fully open and we invite parents, carers and professionals who work with children and families of children with disabilities the opportunity to come and view the new space we have to allow us to support parents / carers wellbeing whilst their child is at Y Bont. We are so excited to be able to offer this service in Bridgend not just to parents and carers who currently use Y Bont, but  to others who may just need that little bit of support, care and even just 5minute break to have a cuppa!

With many thanks to BAVO for the grant they provided for the Warm Hub, to The Bridgend Round Table who have supported us with a new TV, new furniture and a new kitchen for the room, to Homebase Bridgend for their donation of soft furnishings and paint!
